By installing or using GPS Map Camera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.
2. App purpose
The application is provided to capture photos and videos and add GPS, address, date, time and map stamps to them. It is provided free of charge for personal and work use.
3. Accuracy disclaimer
Location and address information shown on photos depends on your device’s GPS hardware and on external services. We do not guarantee coordinate accuracy, address correctness or map precision.
The app must not be relied upon for legal evidence, surveying, navigation or emergency purposes.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how stamped photos are used, where they are shared, and for complying with applicable laws. You must not use the app for fraud or falsification, illegal surveillance, harassment or stalking, or any other unlawful activity.
5. Intellectual property
All application design, branding and software belong to the developer. Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the application.
6. Limitation of liability
The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, incorrect GPS stamps, device malfunction, business losses, or legal disputes arising from image usage.
7. Third-party services
The app relies on external services such as Google Play Services, Google Maps, Firebase and Open-Meteo. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
9. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. Earlier versions were published on neutrosolutions.com.
