GPS Map Camera (by Neutro Solutions) has no accounts. Data on our server is linked to a random id the app creates on your phone, so we need the request to come from the app — or an email with enough detail to find your install.
How to request deletion
- From the app (recommended): open Settings → Send feedback and write “Please delete my data”. The request is linked to your install automatically.
- By email: write to support@freegpsmapcamera.com with the subject “Delete my data”. If you ever contacted us from the app, include the email address you gave, so we can find the records.
What is deleted
- Usage statistics and daily activity records linked to your install id
- Your last known position for the live map
- Support tickets, messages and attached photos
- Stamp setups you shared
- Install campaign values (how you found the app)
What is not affected
- Photos and videos on your phone — we never had them unless you attached one to feedback.
- Totals without personal data (for example, photos taken per day across all users).
- Records Google keeps for Play purchases (tips), which Google controls.
How long it takes
We delete the records within 30 days and confirm by reply. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your phone.
